Brethren,
On March 12, 2026, in observance of the 250th anniversary of the founding of our great nation, our Grand Master has invited the Grand Masters of the original 13 colonies to lay a wreath on behalf of their Grand Lodge at the tomb of our beloved Brother George Washington. lt will be a historic day of Masonry, culminating in the Grand Master being formally received at Alexandria Washington’s March stated.
The schedule of events for the day are as follows:
7:45 AM – Assemble in circle at Mount Vernon entrance. A shuttle willbe provided to transport those who cannot walk to George Washington’sTomb
8:00 AM – Wreath laying at George Washington’s Tomb by the 13 original colonies Grand Lodges
9:00 AM – Tour of Mount Vernon-Complimentary Tickets will be provided
12:30 PM – Lunch at George Washington Masonic National Memorial -Complimentary
1 :30 PM – Tour of the GWMNM – Complimentary
3:00 PM- Check in hotel (out of town guests)
6:00 PM – Dinner at GWMNM, Complimentary for Grand Masters, $25.00 per ticket. Please visit this website to make dinner reservations and pay on-line for your dinner ticket.
7:30 PM- Grand Master received at Alexandria Washington Lodge.
There will be a program for those ladies attending while the brethren are meeting.
