Coronavirus (COVID-19) and actions taken and recommended by the Grand Lodge of Virginia – The Grand Lodge of Virginia

In early 2020, the Grand Master, Most Worshipful Douglas V. Jones, after consulting with the Grand Provost, Right Worshipful Jonathan A. Giles, cancelled the remaining Division Leadership Conferences.  

After consulting with the Grand Lecturer, Right Worshipful Doyle L. Miller, the Grand Master has also sent out information concerning Lodge meetings and functions, the ritual, and illness(Virtual Lodge Meetings are NOT allowed.)

The Reid James Simmons Academy on Masonic Leadership was cancelled for 2020.

Visitors to the Masonic Home and its grounds and the Grand Lodge of Virginia and the Library and Museum are also prohibited at this time.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the office of the Grand Lodge of Virginia.
